SEASONS

Which season of life are you in?
We all go through seasons of life. Spring is a time of growth. As the flowers begin to bloom and new baby animals arrive, the air is filled with flourish and excitement. We know spring is here! Even when a thunder storm comes our way, we know it will pass soon and bring more growth to our life.
As the summer moves in the plants are luscious and green. This season is a time of relaxing in the warm bright sun.
Eventually the warm relaxing days pass and fall starts to show its arrival. The plants wither and turn to a mild brown. The leaves turn brilliant colors and begin to drift to the ground. This season brings a lot of changes to the atmosphere.
The warm comforting breeze turns to a bitter cold. Soon the snow will start to fall and bring us yet another season, winter. Things in our life may die or be taken away from us, or we may be “snowed-in” with debt, or things that may need to be done. Tragedy may strike us without warning just like a sudden white-out snow fall.
Whether we are growing, relaxing, in a time of change, or in a time of tragedy we need to always remember that God is with us through it all. We may be going through a spring time and God is right there rejoicing along side of us. Or we could be going through a blizzard in the winter and when there seems like there’s no way out … God is right there by us carrying us through. Whatever the season - God is there.
